Commissions

I may reserve the right to increase my prices for all of my commissions at any time, due to my improving skill level, increased demand, or change in local minimum wage.

Payment plans: 2 payments for illustrations, up to 4 payments for Vtuber commissions.

Note: I will not start a commission until the first payment is made, and you will not receive the finished product before the commission is paid off fully.

Turnaround depends on complexity, queue order, and any unforeseen issues. I will give you an estimate for your commission and flag any delays as soon as they come up.

If you want a fixed deadline, an additional fee applies — the closer the deadline, the higher the rush fee. Deadlines are only available upon discussion.

You can't change your references and descriptions of the commission drastically after payment has been made.

If you still want to make major changes after payment, we can talk about it — this will come with an extra charge ranging from 15% – 50%, depending on the scope (outfit change, pose change, multiple color changes, or anything that requires a full redraw).

• I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
• You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.
• You can cancel and get 50% of your money back, up until the sketch is finished.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund after the sketch is done and I have moved onto the next step.

I hold every right to every commission and drawing. This means I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website, publish books with it, live stream the process, and post it on social media. I reserve the right to create my own merchandise from a commission.

You are allowed to use the commission for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. You can post it on social media with proper credit, or print it out and display it in your personal space. If the commission is a gift, the same rights transfer to that one recipient.
